There is one test, it takes about ten seconds, and it does not affect anyone else shopping on your store.
Open the page that is misbehaving and add ?stop_swatchfy=true to the end of the address:
https://your-store.com/products/example?stop_swatchfy=truePress Enter. On that one page load Swatchfy does nothing at all — your theme behaves exactly as it would if the app were not installed.
This only affects the page in your own browser window. Your live store is untouched, and shoppers see no difference. That is why this test is better than switching the app off in your theme: you learn the same thing without changing anything for your customers.
Now compare:
What you see | What it means |
The problem disappears | Swatchfy is involved. Send it to us — details below. |
The problem is still there | It is coming from your theme or another app, not from Swatchfy. |
That second answer is genuinely useful, so it is worth doing before anything else — it saves you a support round trip either way.

Whether the problem survives the ?stop_swatchfy=true test above
A screenshot or a short screen recording, if it is a visual problem
With those five we can usually reproduce the problem without needing access to your store.
Swatchfy also has a built-in diagnostic report and verbose logging, aimed at developers rather than merchants. If you have someone technical helping you, point them at our developer documentation and they can pull a full theme report from the browser in one command.
